SGS SUMMER STABLEFORD

Friday 3rd July SGS headed to Trump International Golf Course for the SGS Summer Stableford.

With 32 players registered and ready to take on the Dubai Summer heat, everyone arrived around 1.30pm for check in and a warm up before the first tee headed out for 2.12pm.

We put together some on course prizes for the players to battle it out over.

* Hole 9 Longest drive +15HCP
* Hole 12 Nearest the pin
* Hole 13 Longest drive - 14HCP
* Hole 17 Nearest the pin

Also lets not forget we had top 3 and best lady to compete for as well.

As the day went on the scores were coming in thick and fast, there was no real out and out leaders throughout the day, with the course in great condition and the greens playing true, there was some great golf being produced for some ( But not for all!!!). As the day passed there was a slight delay in play, but with trophies and pride to be won, everyone pushed on through to get the round completed. All scores are and now time for a freshen up before dinner.

Once we was showered and changed and ready to put the social in social golf society we made our way to the stoke house lounge for our well deserved all inclusive dinner and drinks, with some partners attending we had around 45 people ready to take on the night. Which as we all know is the best part of any golf tournament.

Before we move on to who the winners were we have to thank the Trump & Stoke house team for once again delivering a great day and night as always, its always a real pleasure hosting events with them as everything is always so streamlined and organised. Thank you to you all and keep up the good work.
