Founded in 2019, the Social Golf Society (SGS) was born from a passion of providing golfers with a platform to improve their game while meeting new people with similar interests. 

No matter what level you play at, we want to help develop your skills in a competitive but social environment - and create an inclusive golf community along the way. 

One of our main focuses is to integrate new players into the golfing community. With our league system and handicaps, new players and experienced golfers play alongside each other in a fair and competitive manner. We’re also passionate about providing experienced players with a multitude of ways that they can improve their game. 

Our society plays every Tuesday evening, on The Trump International  Par 3 Course, there are weekly prizes for the best Gross and Net scores, Nearest the Pin prizes as well as being part of the league.

The Par 3 League is split into Winter and Summer Leagues  where the best scores from multiple rounds contribute to the each players  overall league position and the chance to win an amazing trophy.

During each month, we organise 18 hole tournaments  on different  golf courses across Dubai for all members interested in playing regularly in a social and fun environment and those seeking for a little more of a competitive edge we organise five Major Tournaments throughout the year:

With our tournaments, we aim to connect enthusiastic players of all skill levels and continue to promote golf in the UAE.

As well as our Society, we also provide access to Golf Professionals for group lessons  and  individual lessons at Trump providing new golfers with  a ‘pathway to golf’ - post lessons we offer the opportunity of joining the more experienced players on both the Par 3 and 18 hole courses easing the anxiety often experienced by complete beginners.
